WELCOME TO  METABOLIC DISORDERS AND INFLAMMATORY PATHOLOGIES LABORATORY (MDIPL)

The MDIPL strives to investigate metabolic disorders and inflammation induced pathologies such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer and Lung inflammation (COPD). We explore and try to understand the molecular pathways which contribute to these diseases and devise mechanism-based preventive and therapeutic strategies using phytochemicals and advance technologies such as RNAi based approaches for these metabolic and inflammatory diseases.
